    I was very disappointed with my experience. My deflector arrived missing a portion of the accessories needed to install it. (The alcohol swaps and the surface primer). Upon calling the dealership to have this issue rectified, I was told to buy my own alcohol swaps at London Drugs. I had hoped for a better response from Ford after I bought 4 seperate accessories for my truck and one of them was sent missing parts. Order # 15958477

    I will pick up the parts. My preference is that one of your technicians installs both parts and I pay for labour (I could do it on my own but I believe a special cleaning solution should be applied first for the spoiler and the fitting has to be very precise)
